Why don’t agents do 203k loans? 

The reasons range from lack of home renovation experience to lack of patience in dealing with lenders and contractors.  Chris Ognek teaches a sales system for agents to use to close more deals in less time using the 203k.  The fact is, you already have most of the skills you need, all we do is teach you our simple sales system with dialogues to help you sell more homes.  Once you have a property under contract, we handle the entire 203k process all the way through the completion of the renovation.  The best part is you keep your entire commission and there are no additional charges to the buyer.
