Avery-Hess was truly excited to start 2014 by having some talented new agents join our team!
Natalie joins Avery-Hess with a strong background in marketing, sales and events management. This creative, hard working agent has a passion for meeting new people and traveling. In her free time, she loves making pastries and finding new restaurants to try.

Sunil joined Avery-Hess in December and is delighted to work closely with Patty Mancini, Manager of the Springfield Office, who was instrumental in bringing him on board. Prior to joining Avery-Hess, Sunil worked as an Operations Manager for a vertically integrated medical company with offices across the United States, Canada and France. In this position, he gained extensive experience working in inventory management, regulatory compliance and auditing.
“After obtaining my real estate license in July 2013, I briefly worked with a national real estate company before deciding to join Avery-Hess, whose strong and positive work culture was far more appealing to me. Suffice to say, I am excited to be here and look forward to 2014!” – Sunil
Diana has been commuting to the NoVA/MD/D.C. area for years and since then, has made it her home. She hadn’t traveled far, as her other home and business is still in Fayetteville, Ft. Bragg and the surrounding areas of North Carolina. She lived all over the country and not a moment passes where she isn’t researching the cities, towns and communities for the “Where to Live, What to Do and Where to Work”.
“Having worked for ERA and Coldwell Banker in North Carolina and now licensed in Virginia, I searched for a company that was not the typical “big-box”. I guess I wanted a “custom” kind of real estate company. Upon interviewing with Avery-Hess, I knew it was the one because it felt right.” – Diana
Eric was raised in Wheaton, Maryland and after attending Bowie State and the University of Maryland – Baltimore County to play football and basketball respectively, he took the chance at a professional football career.

Eric’s interests include: drag racing (he has his own race team and drives), shooting pool, amateur/ham radio, computers, DIY home projects (he built the race shop behind his house), reading…and of course football, basketball and spending time with his wife and three dogs.
“The decision to join Avery-Hess became very clear after visiting the Rockville Office and seeing the team environment…as an athlete it was the obvious choice for me.” – Eric
