We’re back once again to showcase an agent who is slowly but surely making a name for himself in the real estate industry. This week, Ron Walton takes center stage as a Navy veteran and part-timer-turned-full-timer who, through his willingness to (literally) go the extra mile, has doubled his sales volume for two straight years. Here’s how Ron turned $700K and 4 sales in 2013 into $3.5M and 14 sales in 2015.
Our very own Sheila Carney has won the 2015 Five Star Real Estate Agents Award courtesy of Five Star Professional. This is the first time this award has been offered to anyone in the Washington DC area. Award recipients represent less than 7% of all real estate professionals in the Washington DC Market, which makes this award as equally difficult to acquire as it is prestigious. Award winners were determined based on research conducted by an objective team of Five Star Professional representatives who review consumer evaluations, peer nominations, and/or superior industry credentials (determined by experience and historical production). Sheila’s nomination and acquisition of this award is built on a monumental amount of hard work on her part and a legacy of excellence that spans generations.
This week we feature an agent who, through August, has completely torn the roof off of her achievements from just a year ago. By August of last year, Iris Aponte had accumulated $1.5M after closing 4 transactions. This year, in the same amount of time, Iris has accumulated $7M after closing 14 transactions! Iris more than quadrupled her earnings and tripled her closings by overcoming some fears and finding a niche flipping old Washington, DC properties into must-have real estate.
Last week’s WOW Factor Wednesday featured Jami Harich and her outstanding ability to accumulate a high volume of testimonials during our Testimonial Tree Challenge; winning her a GoPro in the process. As a follow-up to this accomplishment, we’re recognizing Jami a second time as she uses her prize to support a client who will be biking 3,000 miles from San Diego, California to St. Augustine, Florida to raise awareness for various mental illnesses.
Last month’s Testimonial Tree Challenge not only brought out the playfully fun and competitive nature that exists among our agents, it also proved just how well regarded they are among clients. In the 275 total testimonials recorded, there was one agent who stood above the rest both in the quantity and quality of the reviews she received.
