Liz Pierson’s tale of her attention to detail and diligent snow shoveling (among other things) lead her clients to a sold home at $35K over the highest comparable selling price and the satisfaction of not having to continue to pay two mortgages. Also, her WOW Factor did not go unnoticed by her clients’ neighbors, opening the door for the possibility of future clients.
